  • Executive Nursing Excellence Consultants  — Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Tipton Health Communications to conduct a search for an Executive Nursing Excellence Consultant to join their team. The Consultant will work collaboratively with Tipton’s clients to create better work environments for nurses/nurse leaders, increase trust in leadership and enable nursing teams to achieve clinical excellence. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel.
  • Operations Manager — Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Tipton Health Communications to conduct a search for an Operations Manager to join their team. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Tipton Health’s internal processes, client engagements, and administrative workflows. You will oversee day-to-day business functions, coordinate projects, optimize systems, and support leadership in driving operational success.
