Nominate a Leader for the 2026 Nursing Excellence Vision Awards
You are cordially invited to submit a nomination for the 2026 Nursing Excellence Vision Awards, presented in person at the Magnet® conference luncheon in Chicago on October 30.
This year, the Vision Awards become a formal, nomination-based honor judged by an independent CNO Advisory Board. Submissions are blinded before judging, so strong stories win.
Two Awards. One Standard of Excellence.
The Vision Award honors transformational leaders who set a vision and changed an organization.The Impact & Execution Award honors the leaders who deliver results where the rubber meets the road.
How It Works
Submit a brief nomination to recognize an exceptional nurse leader here. Tipton screens every submission for eligibility, then blinds it for the board. The independent CNO Advisory Board scores blinded nominations by October 1, winners are notified privately, and honorees are revealed at the October 30 luncheon in Chicago. Nominations close September 14.
Who Can Be Nominated
Nominations are open to nurse leaders at every level across partnering Tipton Health client organizations, including CNEs, CNOs, MPDs, PPDs, and Directors of Nursing Excellence. A peer or team puts the name forward, since self-nominations are not accepted, and nominees must not have won the same award the previous year.
