We are proud to announce that we have launched Tipton Direct, our new client portal, to improve visibility, communication, efficiency, and your client experience throughout the Magnet® documentation process.

We have designed this platform based on client feedback to increase flexibility and support ever-growing client needs. Our vision is for Tipton Direct to be a centralized, streamlined, secure, and collaborative platform to support our clients via real-time interaction, increased transparency, and a more responsive overall experience.

- Direct Document Uploads: You will be able to upload your documents straight into the portal, making submissions easier and more efficient.
- Instant Document Access: As soon as documents are ready to return, you can download them immediately. You will no longer have to wait for emails or separate notifications.
- Secure Document Management and Storage: You can store your documents and evidence within the portal, so you always have a secure way to access your documents from anywhere, at any time!
- Real-Time Dashboard:A user-friendly dashboard will provide at-a-glance visibility into the status of all submitted documents, helping you stay informed without digging for updates. This view will also let you see your overall status in relation to your writing schedule.
- Customizable Status Reports: You will be able to generate, view, and export detailed status reports in multiple formats tailored to your needs. This feature will be available at any time, so you won’t need to wait for a monthly report.
- Two-Way Messaging: The portal will allow direct messaging between clients and the Tipton Health team about specific documents or general questions, facilitating quick communication and clarifications. You will also be able to upload screenshots or other materials related to your conversations.
- Peer Collaboration:CNOs and MPDs (at the hospital and system levels) will be able to connect and chat with peers from other hospitals, sharing best practices and building a supportive community. This feature will help foster camaraderie among MPDs who often navigate similar challenges.
- Resources: You will be able to access ANCC updates, the latest Nursing Connections newsletters, relevant articles, and webinars to support the Magnet Designation journey.
Tipton Direct is also built to evolve. This release focuses on Magnet document collaboration, but future phases will expand to include documents management for Pathway, PTAP, Prism, Beacon, Lantern and more. We will continue to grow functionality to meet emerging client needs.
