We are excited to share several new enhancements to Tipton Direct along with important information about an upcoming client transition. Several new features are being added to improve your experience. These updates will be released in early March. We will also be transitioning additional clients to the portal.

Expanded Document Submission Capabilities: You can now submit your responses to any ANCC appraiser additional documentation requests through the portal for Tipton review.

Clarification on Document Requirements: Some document examples include multiple options, such as A through E. In these cases, you may only be required to submit a certain number of options, for example, two out of five.

Within Tipton Direct, you will be able to select which options you are using and self-identify the options you are not submitting. Any options you mark as not used will be removed from your list of possible examples due.

Upcoming Client Transition: Beginning in March 2026, we will transition our 2027 and 2028 clients to Tipton Direct. These clients will receive an email requesting their portal user information. Once we receive those details, we will create Tipton Direct accounts and send an official portal invitation. User training will begin later in the month.
