Tipton Health, the nation’s leading nursing consultancy, is growing its change management capabilities with the hiring of Shamara Bryant as Nursing Excellence Project Manager. Bryant will manage project logistics and operations, ensuring project deliveries, streamlining systems and improving overall efficiency and outcomes for nursing partners and Tipton.
“Change projects, especially longer-term projects, such as culture building, can be frustrating and difficult to implement,” said Dan Tipton, president of Tipton Health. “Shamara is a change management professional, who will use evidence and experience to ensure that every step taken, and every dollar invested by our nursing partners is making a difference.”
Bryant has successfully managed complex projects for healthcare and other organizations for nearly two decades. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on experience in leading process improvement initiatives, building scalable business processes and designing user-focused dashboards and templates.
“We have all worked with consultants who drop “miracle” solutions and then leave before the hard work of implementation takes place,” said Mary Del Guidice, MSN, BSN, RN, Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Tipton Health. “That’s not Tipton Health. Nurses deserve better. We are committed to staying the course and investing in the people and resources necessary to del

Bryant most recently serves as a senior healthcare management consultant with Aptive Resources, LLC, working with federal healthcare clients on national health priorities.
